Avocado Chocolate Mousse

ripe Hass avocado

–3 tbsp. agave

½
cup
of milk
almond, soy, or regular

½
tsp.
vanilla extract

¼
tsp.
ground cinnamon

¼
tsp.
sea salt

4
oz.
56% cacao baking chocolate
melted
-
¼
cup
unsweetened cocoa powder

Cut avocado in half and remove the pit. Using a spoon, scoop out the flesh and put in a blender or food processor.

Add cocoa powder, agave, milk, vanilla, cinnamon, and sea salt

Melt chocolate in a saucepan over low heat, stirring occasionally

Pour the melted chocolate into the blender/food processor and puree until creamy

Taste and adjust for desired sweetness

Spoon the mousse into a pastry bag. Pour into small cups.
Enjoy with your favorite fruit, chopped nuts, or coconut flakes on top, or all by itself!
