You can even check out Nathan’s Famous International Hot Dog Eating Contest at 10am and see some world-famous eaters chow down for the crown. Don’t forget to stick around until sundown for a free fireworks show!

Travis 4th of July Parade

Hop on the ferry and visit this Staten Island small town as it celebrates its 109th Fourth of July parade full of fun and entertainment. Don’t miss the longest-running, continuous Independence Day parade in the country. Ceremony starts at noon; the parade steps off at 12:30pm.

Jersey City’s 50 Star Fire Show

Venture outside of the five boroughs to celebrate the Fourth of July with carnival rides, live music, food, drinks, fireworks, and more! Jersey City’s Sixth Annual Fourth of July Celebrations starts at 12pm at Exchange Place. Festivities run until 10pm, so there’s something for everyone!

Omar’s 4th of July Block Party

Bring the whole family to Corona Park in Flushing Meadows for the Fourth of July! Hosted by Omar Olusion, there will be live DJ music, dance contests, games, and magic shows for guests of all ages.
